- I love how Noah and Mary gradually fell in love and how smart Mary was to pick up on the investment money and how her parents may have been swindled out it. And to watch Noah still want her and loved Mary enough to marry her. A True Love Story. And I am glad Noah's father got what was coming to him when he was found guilty.
- It was a very interesting book to read, it was a shock Noah 's Dad thought he could get away stealing from people in his own community!

- I loved the two main characters. Their love for each other and deep roots in the Amish community are admirable. This is the first Amish book I read where a wedding did not take place on the day. It also shows how generous a son can be to make up for the hurt his dad caused. I question the title because it sure does not apply to the wayward dad!
