Trust Drafting for Paralegals Stephen Haas 9781594609251 Books Reviews

  • I love it, it is very easy to read, follow along with, and understand. I find Trust Drafting to be one of the more difficult subjects for me, but this simplifies things and helps me to better understand what I'm actually doing. The content isn't too bad as far as keeping my attention goes, after all it is Trust Drafting and not a fiction action book. The price is also not bad compared to some of the other books I've had to purchase for classes. Overall, I'm happy with it!
  • If you're looking for long explinations of the laws behind Trusts, forget it this isn't for you.

If you want to know the basic concepts behind the laws and examples of how to draft a Trust. Grab this book.

I've been a student at "National Paralegal College" for over a year now and have taken many classes with Professor Haas. His style of teaching makes it easy to understand the concepts of what and why we as paralegals do certain things.

Love this book and it's on my ever expanding shelf of legal books that provide all the references I need.
  • Thank you, Professor Haas! Trusts are explained clearly and I enjoy listening to your lectures, I've learned a lot from you!
  • Really good informative book. I ordered this for my trust drafting class and this was very informative and easy to read book.
  • Great introduction to this area of law for paralegals
  • Great
  • Stephen has made this book very easy to understand. This should be called Trusts for Dummies. You do not have to have legal back ground to understand. Anyone can read this and draft a trust.
  • Used this bolder class and is a great text.
