It's a school book, what more do you want? It's really informative, but very dry. Up to date on current cases making it a little bit easier to read because I remember some of them in the news.

So expensive, but there's soooooo much information in here. Even if you're not a law or environmental studies student, this book will open your eyes. There were a lot of things, a lot of case studies and court proceedings, that really pissed me off, and I don't want to stand on my soapbox here, but this book definitely brought to my attention the problems environmentalists face when going after big business through the judicial system.
Everything I wanted from the book without the extra $100 from hard cover.
